Job Description:
Campus Minds Learning Program (CMLP):
1. On joining, you will be on a Learning Program designed for you. This program is called Campus Minds Learning Program (CMLP)
2. Duration: 3 Months
3. Learning modes: Class room, self study, project work, on-the-job training
4. Learning streams: Technical (Includes any one or all of these : Java, .NET, DAS. Testing, SAP, etc) and behavioral streams
5. Assessments: During and at the end of CMLP
6. Performance expectations: Upon successful completion of CMLP by meeting the higher qualifying criteria, your employment at Mindtree will get confirmed.

1. BE/B.Tech 2014 Batch (CS/IT/ECE/EE/EI)
2. 10th and 12th: 70% and Above
