3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
4. Experience mentoring junior engineers.

Candidate Profile:

Basic Qualifications:
1. BS, MS, or PhD in computer science/computer engineering or equivalent
2. Experience with distributed systems, networking, or storage
3. Experience with Java, Linux/Unix
4. Experience with Android, iOS, JavaScript based UI development is a plus
5. Proficiency in, at least, one modern programming language such as C, C++, Java, or Perl
6. Computer Science fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis.
