1. Software Engineers for Applications Team
2. Eligible Branches:BE Students from Computer Science, Information Systems and E&C

Pre-requisites:
1. Minimum 60% marks in graduation
2. The candidate needs to possess good communication skills
3. The students need to be flexible to get allocated to any MphasiS operating location
4. The students need to be flexible to take up any technology and the work timings that would be allocated to them for training and deployment there afterwards
Candidate Profile:
1. The candidate will be hired at 'Level 1' for 6 months at INR 120000/- per annum.
2. They will remain at Level 1 for 6 months irrespective of them getting deployed earlier to projects.
3. The candidate will be moved to 'Level 2' after 6 months at INR 250000/- per annum.

Profile/Designation:
1. First 6 months- Trainee at Level-1
2. Post 6 months- Trainee Software Engineer at Level-2
