1. He candidate should be any bachelor degree/Master's Degree from any recognized university.
2. Should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
3. Should be strong in either C/C++ or JAVA/Core JAVA programming languages.
4. Java, Java Script, Eclipse, Web based frameworks like JQuery or Dojo
5. Good programming skills (preferably in Java).
6. Knowledge of any database and javascript will a plus.
7. Good communication skills - Passionate to learn new technologies.
8. C/C++, Knowledge EDA tools like Cadence and an interest in work in the domain.

1. Providing Voice support to Internal End Users and External Commercial Account End Users across North America, EMEA & AP. The job will require you to handle inbound calls / emails / chats regarding technical issues for end users.
2. Remote Infrastructure support delivery
3. Perform problem cause analysis.
4. Resolve routine customer problem
5. Ability to Identify Opportunity & Implement Process Improvements
6. Has technical experience and skills in the areas of problem determination, creativity and analysis.
7. Ability to meet a set of defined account agent productivity measurements.
