Job Description:
1. The candidate will be working in an inbound technical voice process Support for IT Infrastructure Client.
2. Troubleshoot & resolve issues related to Windows Hardware, Printers, Enterprise Applications like Outlook, VPN, Blackberry
3. Basic computing skills
4. Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
5. Good written and oral communication skills are required
6. This would be call taking profile and resources must be ready to take inbound calls and provide client technical help desk support.
Candidate Profile:
1. 6months to 1year of experience in a Technical call center / ISP Help Desk / Technical Help Desk.
2. Basic computing skills
3. Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process
4. Certifications like MCSE/CCNA /PMI/ITIL are preferred
5. Should have Excellent Communication Skill
6. Willing to work in a technical voice process inbound process, Call taking profile.
7. Should possess 50% and above throughout academics
8. Should not have more than 2 year gap in academics
9. Willing to work in night shifts
10. Willing to sign 2yrs Service agreement"
