Skills Set:
1. Strong oral and written communication skills which includes (Fluency & Coherence, Grammatical ability, Pronunciation and Accent, Interactive Communication, Lexical Resource)
2. Basic Desktop and computer knowledge.
3. Understanding of ISP/Networking concepts
4. Possess good organizational and time management skills
5. Display strong initiative in resolving issues of customers
6. Exhibit strong teamwork
7. Must be capable of demonstrating problem solving skills
Selection Process: 1. Screening Round, 2. Voice & Accent Round, 3. Technical & HR Round
