Job Description:
1. Coordinates activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution objectives are met.
2. Assists in interpreting demand forecasts and in planning and delivering of end-to-end services.
3. Maintains records of account specific service problems and assists in prioritizing work requests.
4. Assists in coordinating communications between lines of service (LOS) and clients to ensure that integration of new, enhanced and existing service offerings meet client specifications.
5. Assists in identifying service improvements to increase customer satisfaction.
6. Ensures delivery of projects meet client and company expectations and needs.
Candidate Profile:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred
3. Zero or more years of support services or project or program experience
4. Experience working with the technology industry
5. Experience working with company products and operating systems
Skills Required:
1. Basic project management skills
2. Basic analytical and problem solving skills
3. Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
4. Organization and time management skills
5. Communication skills
6. Ability to work in a team environment
7. Willingness to travel
